Recently, as Bib Gourmand awardees, we welcomed the Michelin Guide team at AYU, where they gave us the opportunity to explain the AYU concept in detail. Two words sum up our feelings: proud and grateful. Thanks to all our patrons and our hardworking staff for making this happen.
